What we do

A premium bakery partner you can build a range around

We produce handcrafted cakes and breads for the UK's premium private-label market and under our own Genesis brand, pairing traditional craft with the consistency, scale and food-safety standards national retailers depend on.

  • Trusted to develop and produce premium ranges for M&S, Tesco Finest and Waitrose, from small cakes and sponges to Irish bakes, on shelves in thousands of stores across the UK and Ireland.

  • Our own range of Irish breads, scones, brioche, hot cross buns, sweet doughs and hand-finished cakes, loved across Ireland and beyond.

  • An NPD team that turns ideas into shelf-ready firsts: three first-to-market UK bakery concepts in the last three years alone.

  • Our vans call on more than 400 stores across Northern Ireland every week, on 17 routes out of Magherafelt. Since 2026 they carry Brennans bread too.

Every one of them finished by hand

Four hundred thousand bakes a week, and not one of them from a machine's nozzle. Piped, glazed, dusted and boxed by hand, by a team of more than two hundred and fifty, tray after tray.
